的 Mesa Neighborhood

债券大厅 is a cozy home to about 50 UNC Bears located in the Mesa Neighborhood. 债券 Hall is only a short bike ride or walk to Central Campus academic buildings 和 the Tobey-Kendel 餐厅 Hall.

Boasting historic charm 和 beautifully updated suites in state-of-the-art living accommodations, 债券大厅 was built in 1948 和 reflects an English-Tudor style of architecture with individual floor plan layouts on three floors. 债券大厅和许多 of the residence halls in 的 Mesa Neighborhood are part of the University of Northern Colorado Central Campus Residential District, a registered state historic district.
